7) Taskade

Taskade is a great project management software for Mac users because it is simple and easy to use. Plus, it has a free trial so you can try it before you buy it. And, if you need more features, there are affordable paid plans.

Finally, Taskade integrates with a lot of other popular apps so you can use it with the tools you already know and love.

Taskade Pros

  • Taskade is basically an all-in-one Collaboration Tool that aims to make your life easier, by offering a solution for almost everything.
  • This is something we like to call an ‘All-in-one’ collaboration tool.
  • Taskade has a pricing model that will allow anyone to use the tool and benefit from it to the fullest.
  • Having a powerful web app is something we always want to see, but it's even better if it's not only powerful but also intuitive and easy-to-use!
  • As we mentioned above, Taskade offers the possibility of using it for free with your team and still enjoy multiple features.
  • If you decide to move forward and pay for one of the plans that Taskade offers, you will see some benefits!

  • Taskade is a well-designed app that feels slick and easy to use.
  • Taskade has many templates to help you get started.
  • Taskade doesn't have the option to create private projects, which means the default view is public. This was not a concern for me personally, but I know some people who wouldn't feel comfortable using a service where all of their work is public by default.
  • While it's great to be able to create multiple versions of the same project, these don't live at the same level as other projects which I find off-putting. I'd prefer instead that they are nested under the main project so I only need to click once to access a project with all of its various versions. It would be great if they made this change in future updates.

Taskade is an easy-to-use collaboration app.

Taskade Cons

  • The free version of the software doesn't allow you to create more than three projects per team.
  • It is only for desktop, not for mobile devices.
  • It doesn't allow file sharing or any type of file management within the platform.
  • It is not a collaboration software and doesn't have tools like video conferencing within it.
